S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Suzanne Reihl for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #1 Gift, Evangelism (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am just exceedingly comfortable with sharing what God has done in my own life , and the changes that He has done with me. God Literally pursued me and saved me from myself. When I had an after life experience there was no more questions, it was 100% real and I have been shouting it from the roof tops ever since.a

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I think because I was broken and God used me and changed me so drastically I can have compassion on those who are not there yet.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (87%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Once again , my whole life changed in an instant, and God showed Himself many times to me throughout my life , through Angels , through incredible things and miraculous events that He did in my life. When I experienced death, my life changed, living for Christ and the Kingdom was all that mattered anymore. This life is so short, this time we have is such a vapor/ We were made for a purpose. Each one of us is Chosen and specifically made for a purpose. The sooner we realize what our purpose is the more fulfilled our lives are going to be. God wants us to enjoy life, He wants to bless us in abundance, The fruits of the Spirit will start manifesting in your life when you find your purpose and surrender to God and the path that He has for you. Joy, peace and all the rest of the gifts of the Spirit will manifest themselves in your life. and you will never be the same. The Love you will feel for God, other people will be returned to you in ways you could never imagine. I just cant help sharing that with All my heart and soul. 🙂

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to watch the Sunrise and Set. I love being on the Ocean watching God paint the sky and listening to the Ocean. I love the feeling of being so tiny know God loves and takes care of me.

2. I love my kids and grand children, but most of all I love when I can share who God is to them. I enjoy feeling like they are listening and learning, asking questions, Coming to Christ . Knowing that part of my purpose was to make sure (or to do what I can , to ensure them everlasting life) That it is a part of my purpose.

3. My Artwork, I enjoy knowing that the gift given to me by God will go into someone’s home and I have prayed over it , that no matter what kind of home it goes into, that, that piece is part of God going into the unknown. I pray peace is derived when someone looks at the piece, that they can feel the Holy Spirit. Just using my gift is giving God Glory.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I have always enjoyed and had a passion for the elderly. So many times the elderly are looked over or thought to be useless, crazy, or on their way out… :(, but the elderly are so wise and if you take the time to listen you can learn so very much!

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I have been feeling like I was to start a Singles group over 40 for several years. I don’t feel like it needs to be just a social thing. I feel it needs to be a Bible based study group where Singles without partners can also do things socially. BUT it is Bible based. Meaning based on scripture as far as keeping yourself pure, waiting on the right person. Serving together. We have so many Singles without partners that holidays are hard. The kids are grown and moved away and sometimes are older singles don’t have anywhere to go. That is when Satan can move in and attack. I still feel very led to do this. I have mentioned it several times to different campus pastors at Salty but not sat down and really discussed it, and even talked to Cindy Dellcki because she does have an existing singles group that meets once a month, but that is not what I feel led to do. I am praying and feeling more of a “church based involved” group. God has moved me into leading a small group of new believers and our group is growing and we are digging into Discipleship and our 3 circles so we will see if God keeps moving me into that direction with the Singles without partners. ?

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up being around the knowledge of Christ. I know my grandmother would pray for me and my parents use to send me off on the church bus. I had several things happen in my life where God was really showing Himself to me and I continued to run. As I look back now all of those super natural , miraculous events really were God really showing me He had a purpose for me and really needed me to wise up and figure it out. I had a life after death experience that changed everything in a blink of an I. I had an Angel tell me once again God had a purpose for my life and He loved me. My experience showed me how short a time we all really have, and ever since then my entire being has been about trying to life and give God my everything. I still fall and fail but I get up faster and don’t lose sight of the ending. 🙂

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Church of Christ in Holly Hill- Nursery, First Baptist Daytona- Singles Ministry, Also in the Drama team at First Baptist. , and Salty.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being Alive, I had so many medical issues and problems that mistakes were made medically and some were life threatening. God was Always there.

some of my closest relationships have been my church family.

Finding that person (Christian Sister who you can hold yourself accountable to )

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Addiction, does not have to be the end of the story, Neither does divorce.

I lost my sister to Suicide due to drugs and child hood dysfunction in our family. Those kind of dysfunctional situations do Not have to define you or cause you to take your life.

You are never too broken for God to fix you and change your life!
