Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up around my great aunts/grandma who would always bring me to church, bible study, vacation bible school, revival. I learned to understand and love God at an early age. I was baptized very young and remained in the church and connected. Only when I became older did I start to realize that it was more to Christianity than just participating in “church activity.” The church I joined in college got me into ministry and serving others. I began to build on basic principles I was taught growing up. Now I am to the point that I understand that there’s always a soul that needs saving, someone to encourage, etc. The work is never done.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

New Beginnings Church of Atlanta,( Atlanta, GA) 4 years
Technology team (website design, running the Sunday presentations (graphics, videos, etc). I’ve also served in outreach.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

I had a family friend to take interest in me as a child and “watched over, guided, and supported me” from grade school, college, to my current adult life. From this I try to find ways to pay it forward to children who just need support.

Moving away to attend and graduate college

Although it is something I couldn’t control, being the oldest sibling of 5 had a positive impact on who I am today.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Broken personal relationships

Incarceration of my Father and younger Brother

The Death of my oldest cousin who I Iooked up to (she and I were both raised by my grandma.) She got killed but a drunk driver in high school.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Teaching others good money habits using the bible and other practical strategies.

4. Working with the youth (tutoring, mentoring, and just spending time with them)

5. I would help others in the pursuit of their passion using my consulting and technology skills.
