Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ at a young age but my home life was very dysfunctional so I did not trust God or my salvation. I don’t think I really had a healthy consistent walk with the Lord until my mid twenties

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Worship Team (I have always served with the music mistry) I sing and have been an active member of various choirs/worship team etc. I also have served as a greeter, drama director. My husband was in the military for over 20 years so we moved many times.

Recent church-Burke Community church (Burke VA) Served on the worship team for 10 years. We recently moved to Gainesville, became empty nesters.

Washington State -Living Word-worship team, drama director
New Bern NC -Temple Baptist Church -worship team and choir-

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

So many ! Everytime we moved- God was faithful. We have been blessed to belong to so many wonderful churches and be involved with amazing small groups, men-women’s ministries and youth groups.

When my husband deployed I had so many that embraced me and my family and encouraged and prayed for us.

My mom died a few weeks ago. She had a very traumatic childhood and it was hard for her to be the mother she needed to be. The last year of her life the Lord restored a broken relationship.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My homelife was very chaotic and abusive.

I made many mistakes as a teenager and young adult.
