Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a Christian at the age of 10 years as a result of my mother reading the Bible to us every evening and praying with us. I felt a strong need to have God as my Father and Jesus as my Saviour not just for the forgiveness of sins but also as a Father who will guide and protect me.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Nairobi Baptist Church, Nairobi Kenya. Served as a full time staff in Communications for 8 years. I have also served in the Worship Ministry, Bible Study, Home Group Fellowship Ministry and the Women’s ministry.

International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) as a student worker in Media Production and training in Bible study.

While in college I held Bible Studies for international students and discipled them.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Studying abroad on my own and seeing how God provided for me a family in a strange land of people I didn’t know before yet they loved me so much.

God calling me to serve Him in the Church and being very clear on exactly what He wanted me to do there. Despite the challenges, He saw me through and more importantly helped me grow in my walk with Him.

God’s miraculous provision for my studies during my postgraduate studies, His provision when I have had no salary and has sent friends to rally around me so that I am not put to shame, His provision when I needed to do surgery and I was able to raise more money than I needed for the surgery. He is Jehovah Jireh indeed!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

False accusations that dented my identity and image before other believers. This made me watch my conduct around others even more closely.

Loneliness in the midst of many believers which has helped me to be more sensitive to those who come to Church and need to feel a sense of belonging.

Loss of a parent and a sibling which has helped me empathise with those who have lost loved ones and walk with them in time of grief.

Wrapping It Up

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Open a Children’s home or volunteer in one and teach them the gospel

4. Visit the sick and elderly in their homes and share the gospel with them.

5. Help Church organizations to work better by improving their communications.
