This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
organizational development, process and moving things from A to Z have always come naturally to me. I received a prophetic word many years ago that I knew how to administrate in the kingdom and was given the gift of administration. Designing and developing systems in the church is a passion of mine. Many churches don’t have healthy systems and I have heart to see the organizational side of the church function well, just like any other healthy organization should.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I began teaching/preaching when I was 18. It has always been a passion and strong gift of Mine. Today is Tuesday 1/26/21 and I woke up to facebook inbox from a man who set under my teaching many years ago. He still remembers my teachings and how they have helped him in his spiritual walk. He reached out to thank me. This was humbling but also a sign that God has gifted me to share His word and its an honor to be used by Him.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I really don’t consider myself a prophet but more so a pastor which I noticed both pastoring and prophecy scored at 96%. I believe that God does speak to me concerning the future of his church and when he does I am willing to share that with individuals as the spirit leads. Prophecy may also be a gift that is increasing in my life which I thank God for and will continue to exercise in faith.

I accepted Christ at age of 6 on a Sunday evening at a local church. I heard the message of the gospel and was moved. I knew I needed a savior and respond to the alter call. luckily for me, I grew up in a Christian home and had parents who helped me to grow and develop in my decision to walk with Christ.

1. My marriage. We celebrate 10 years on 3/19/21. I have grown so much since getting married. This by far has helped to shape me as a leader, man, and as a christian.

2. At the age of 15 I went to a Christian camp through an organization called young life. This experience gave me a strong desire for youth ministry at the time.

3. Moving to durham and serving under pastor Andy Thompson at world overcomers shaped my vision for ministry outside of what I had experienced in Cincinnati where I grew up.

1. The 1st home I purchased I lost in a foreclosure due to financial hardship. This was painful but has helped me to be more relatable to people who are struggling and in need.

2. When I was a young child I was molested by a friend of the family. God protected me and has healed me. the experience has given me a heart for those who have gone through similar experiences.
