S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Nicole Okwoche for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I said the prayer of salvation and was baptised when I was 8, but Its hard to pinpoint when I actually became a believer.
I helped to run the youth ministry at Trailblazers International Christian Center in Baltimore, MD. I also started and oversaw the media/tv ministry there as well. All this was from 2011-2015.
Fasting in 2011–It was my first fast. I did the daniel fast for 21 days and many things that i’d been praying for deliverance from took place during that time. I received clarity on the next steps God wanted me to take and a few weeks later I met my husband.
Meeting my husband in 2011 and marrying him in 2014.
Starting seminary in 2016 and continuing to take classes to this day has completely shifted and deepened my love for and understanding of Christ.
I engage in a lot of self-sabotaging behaviors as a teen and young adult trying to cope with my pain. Unfortunately I didn’t have the help or support to be able to respond to things it healthy ways so it’s my goal to be a support to teen girls who don’t have adults in their life who can support and encourage them.
Having 2 miscarriages has completely shifted my outlook on children, pregnancy, and those who have gone through the same thing. I wasn’t as sympathetic in the past but because of my experiences I have a lot of empathy and compassion for those in similar situations.
My parents divorcing when I was 12 and all the after effects of that situation, gives me a lot of compassion for families, especially youth in similar situations.

3. Develop a program for women and teens to better understand their Identity in Christ that could be used globally.
