Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in the church and was religious. Never had a relationship until I went to college and was surrounded by guys who cared for me and my relationship with God.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Youth Worker/Pastor. Westivew Wesleyan Church, Jonesboro IN, 4 years

Next Gen/Youth Pastor Fairmount Wesleyan Church, Fairmount IN, 3 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Summer of Freshmen year at Church Camp. Called into ministry

6th grade year on bus being teased. After getting off the bus, realizing I did not care what people thought of because I am who I am and I love me.

Giving up football to fully surrender myself over to God and in the ministry

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Addiction to porn, then defeated and recovering from it. Helping others out of the addiction.

Not understand what “dating and loving” are from a Biblical stance. Wanting to teach others what it is so that they can find the one God has for them.

Having the “dream” Godly family while all my friends had broken homes. But because of this I know what God wants in a Christ like family.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. To plant a church in a broken and messy community that brings the word of God and the hope of Jesus Christ to them.

4. To raise up the next set of Church leaders

5. To be used all the way up to my death to glorify God
