My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Growing up as a Jehovah’s Witness I started dating a pastor’s daughter from a Baptist church and starting attending bible study and was eventually opened and convicted to the truth and was saved at that moment.

I was the Senior Pastor at Mt Calvary Baptist Church: 1 1/2yrs
I was the Director of Christian Education at The Luke Church: 1yr

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

After becoming saved I started attending the College of Biblical Studies that has changed the course of my life.

I was given the opportunity to lead at Higher Dimension Church that opened many doors for me around the city of Houston.

Being a mentor to young boys has allowed me to give back to the community

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Going through an addiction and overcoming it has allowed me to really experience the power of God and have compassion for those struggling with addictions

Losing my second child as a still-born has caused me to have compassion on parents who have loss children that way.

Growing up an abusive dad who was on drugs, beat my mom and us has led me to have compassion for young kids who do not have a father or has an abusive father in the home
