Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was 18 years old. I met a girl who introduced me to Jesus in 1979 and I knew that I was being sought out by God… I had felt it for a while, but she took me to a service where I was challenged by the speaker to just surrender and allow Him to come in and have His way in my life and I did and have never looked back

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I served as youth leader of Harmony Baptist Church from 1982 to 1985
I was working full time as a Radio Personality too during this time frame

From 1985 until 2006, I served in the ministry with Youth For Christ… both as field staff and as an Executive Director. I served in Columbus OH, Bad Axe, Michigan and in Mansfield, OH.

In 2006 until present… I have been serving as the Pastor of Faith Fellowship Church in Johnstown OH

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My work with teenagers and seeing life change in them while with YFC

Marrying my wife (now celebrating our 36th year of marriage) and The adoption of our 2 Children

Coming back to my home town of Johnstown OH and leading a church plant and seeing peers from childhood accept Christ and serve along side of me in ministry here at the church

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My mother died at age 9 (Never had a father who I knew) and then lived in an orphanage until age 12 when I was adopted. I lost both adoptive parents to death when I was in my early 40’s

My wife underwent a hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer before our marriage in 1982 so we knew were would never naturally conceive children of our own

I have dealt with diabetes for many years and am currently on a path to a loss of a foot and lower leg due to the disease

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. I would love to speak around the world and tell others about Christ

4. I would love to open a dream center in an urban environment to do life and help other find meaning and purpose through the teaching of life skills and ultimately learn about their value found in a relationship with Jesus
