Thank you Patricia A Haaseq for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

1. Pray every morning with my husband before even getting out of bed! It sets my mind and heart on seeking to find where God is working so I can join Him there!
2. Spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren at every opportunity!
3. Volunteering at the Living Room and at church to help get our message of love to whomever walks through our doors!
I love to work with my daughter at the Living Room, and all the Baristas, and the Baker! I love working with Kim and Brandon to get our money organized and move forward in seeing our funds being used for His Kingdom work!
Working with women of any age and helping them see God’s hand in their lives excites me the most! I love to help with implementing the future plans of our church and doing whatever I can to see that we can reach the lost for Him!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I was raised in the parsonage and have been versed in God’s Word all my young life, but I didn’t give up control to Him until 1 week before I turned 50, when I was widowed! Since then, I have been thirsty to know more and more about how to become Christlike in every area of my life!
Martha Lake Baptist Church, Women’s Ministry Leader and Bible teacher for 13 years.
First Baptist Church, Yakima, WA, Young Women’s Ministry Leader 5 years
Choir Member in Yakima First Baptist Church for 15 years
Working with Bertha Richards, my mentor, at Sequim Bible Church for 2 years. She was an inspiration to me in every area of my transition from widowhood into becoming the impassioned woman of God that I am today!
Sitting under Mike Reynold’s teaching and preaching for almost 6 years! He has taught me more about how to “live” the scriptures than any other pastor in my whole years before learning from him!
Learning from my own Daddy how to love unconditionally anyone I meet!
Having an abortion when I was 40, and receiving God’s forgiveness, has given me a much more compassionate attitude for women who have gone through the same experience!
Being widowed has brought me a closer understanding of what is really important in life and knowing that God does have control of my life, not me!
Losing my Daddy when I was 29 has made me a much stronger person, because he always loved me unconditionally, which helps me to give that kind of love to others today!
