People who want to learn and have fun. I’m not sure of age. Early to mid 20’s before marriage maybe.

I’m very passionate about people getting along. It concerns me when I hear of people that have issues or disagreements with others, but express those concerns to everyone else except the person they have the issue with. I am very big on digging into the why of relationship issues to determine what the real issue is so it can be addressed. Unreconciled relationships are one of the only things that cause me stress. These issues will hinder the church and keep us from reaching the people we need to reach. A ministry that would create true relationships and honesty with one another so issues could be worked through would excite me.

I grew up in church my entire life. I became a Christian when I was in high school and have lived for Jesus since then. Often failing, but continuing on.

Going to Trevecca and learning to think differently about things.

Interning for a business in Grand Rapids, MI during graduate school that focused on work as worship, business as a mission and serving God in the market place.

Running a business for 7 years as soon as I graduated from college having no idea what I was doing, but learning and being forced out of my comfort zone on an hourly basis.

Accumulating too many millions of debt in a business and watching everything I had worked for crumble away. Created a passion for being debt free, but more importantly a passion to remember to focus on God and not let the weight of the situation distract you to the point of focusing on the situation so much you forget about God and His ability to remedy the situation if you stay focused on Him.

Watching marriages of people I care about deeply fall apart.

Having Wyatt taken away from Ginny when he was born and moved to Vanderbilt NICU before she ever got to hold him.
