Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Had a childhood filled with abuse and I needed love and healing and I was introduced to Christ at a church.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

House Of Praise in La Verne, Ca
Started in nursery, Children, High School, Choir Director, Women’s Ministry in a span of 35 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

I fell back into sin and revisited the pain of being unloved. Made a mess out of my marriage but God so gently restored me and gave me the validation, value and worth of a daughter. His daughter and I’ve never been the same. I see the same in so many hurting women.

Being challenges to speak publicly and have a Women’s Conference really gave me the understanding that God says go and He doesn’t mean alone. He is leading and providing all I need.

Leaving my church of 35 years to start a ministry with my husband has been a freeing experience as well as a faith builder

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Molestation, Physical and emotional abuse. Abandonment has made me strong and given me a clear vision of others in pain.

Criticism from my church family after we left to start a Ministry. It hurt so bad but it has given me a desire to unify the body of Christ any chance I get

Daughter had cancer as a child and it taught me to surrender her into God’s hands no matter if she lived or died.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Create an organization to build up women and help them find their calling.

4. Buy property to build small cottages for housing women and give them restoration and purpose

5. Property for men to be restored and find purpose
