#1 Gift, Evangelism (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I don’t see myself as an evangelist. I don’t have a problem sharing the goodness of my Lord Jesus. I Love giving my testimony on what he has done for me. I am not ashamed of how my Lord helps me everyday.

#2 Gift, Giving (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have a desire to help others and I will if I can. So, many people need a hand-up, its not always a hand out. I reflex on my own life struggles, and how God always answer prayers and always provide for me always.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I find myself always encouraging other’s to hold on, and have hope. I don’t know, it seems to come so natural to me. Everyone needs hope, and someone to believe in them and to remind them how much God cares. I Love to see people grow.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Seeing people except the Lord as their Savior.

2. Seeing people succeed in life. Being over comers.

3. Seeing people just being Happy. Everyone deserves to be Happy.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I enjoy working with Women ministry. Young, middle, or older. I enjoy visiting the sick and shut in. I Love visiting our Senior’s too, so much wisdom to gleam from them.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Out-Reach, like helping to provide needs of families, children. More for our singles, and married couple, and for those who are transistioning from being married and now find themselves divorced. I can remember being in that situiation once myself and needed support from my church and had none. Mens ministry, bringing the men together, to teach them to become God Fearing men, and faithful husbands, How to Love their wives, etc. Just to be God Chaser’s and chase after nothing else. Having classes on “How to Classes” weather it’s home repair, car repair basics, changing tires, topping fluids, etc. Classes for women, from hygiene, to cooking, shopping, etc.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I had a void/emptiness that could not be filled. I was drawn, but not pressured to come to Christ. After many times visiting churches, where pastors tried to scare me, guilt me, or forced me. It was a time in my life, that the spirit of God just drew me to come to him and feel complete and that he would never leave, and that he would take care of me. The Lord has been doing just that for a long time.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

United Deliverance Bible Center, Laurel DE.- I was assistant creative dance instructor. Choir Member,

Soul Saving Family Restoration Center, Seaford, DE.- Praise & Worship, MC, Exhort, Drama team, Praise dance

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My mother of the Gospel “Bishop Catherine Camper”, I watched how she would talk to people or even when she would correct people. Should would do it with so much care and compassion and wisdom. She did these things with the Love of God.

Bishop Catherine Camper was an excellent teacher and encouraged us to try. Even when I would try to do something in the ministry, or even being a helper in the kitchen or assisting with something, she never made me feel like a dummy, and she would show me how to do what needed to been done when I was doing it wrong, showed me how to do it right, without attitude, or ridicule.

Bishop Catherine Camper, helped me get over a lot of fear in front of people. I still have fear, but not as bad as I did years ago. I would get so nervous that I felt faint, it was terrible. She took her time with me, and had me do little things before the people, She believed in me, and I thanked her for that. It was never pressure.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being in church with a Pastor’s Family, and his families friends, and wrong was right and right was wrong, and everything goes. Never to conform to the sin of what everyone else is doing try and salvage whatever truth that is in that ministry and make sure that I am pleasing unto God, and stay prayed up and wait for direction from God before leaving. Just knowing God for myself.

Be True to myself. No matter what gift that God has given me use it only for his Glory. God would use me in the prophetic gift, and when there was a word for a person or the house I had freedom to do so. I would fight my spirit man so much when I would discern things in the ministry. I felt at times to perform when leadership wanted a word to come forth. But I informed my leaders I would not speak a lie, I only speak when the spirit of God, speaks through me and that there are other’s in the house that have the same gift and God will use them too.

“Keep my Face, come in God’s house expecting God to move. Too, many times my pastor’s wife would come in the door with such an attitude, and tension you could sense the entire atmosphere change and we all had to deal with it. I learned that don’t take out what has happened to me on other people. Especially if I am a leader and I have to come before Gods people. She would even disrespect her husband, who was my pastor in front of the congragation, he asked her to pray and in front of everyone told him No, he asked her three times, and she still said no. Be obiedant to your leader, even if he is your husband and pastor. Do not bring married business in the house and disrespect your husband/pastor in front of the body.
