#3 Gift, Administration (84%)

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

When I truly started to see how patient God was with me and all my weaknesses, His unchanging love is what called me to follow Him. I was completely messed up from my childhood but the realization that He wasn’t ready to give up on me challenged everything I was taught about Him. And my journey to know Him intimately began.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Worship help (Main church and kids church)
Prayer group coach

Bethel AG, Herbal, Bangalore , Karnataka

Served 8 year and continuing.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

A friend who is almost 16 years older than I, who God used to heal my hurts and wounds. Talking to him and spending time with his is one of the best experiences still.

How out of nowhere people suddenly started realizing my potential that I was never appreciated for in my entire life. This happened through a series of events within just 2 months time.

Acceptance from my Dad. He always loved me but he never appreciated my personality and constantly asked me to change and compare me with my siblings.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I have always failed miserably in the areas that I wanted to excel. After a point of time I almost gave up. But God kept me bringing to the same scenarios (teaching and singing) and taught me how to depend on Him for strength ?And that I could also be a help to others going through difficult times.

Issues with my Mom. She is a difficult person to be around most of the time as she had a hard time growing up in a very traditional family and nobody cared how she felt. That same she is now doing to others. But I have learnt now to be patient with her , listen to her in trying to understand what she really wants to say and love her for who she is instead of how she behaves.

Most of my life I have suffered depression and had no clue how to get out. But God just kept me safe through all the suicide attempts and helped me through the pain of fear, insecurities and anxiety. Through those painful moments I was made a more compassionate and considerate person.
