Thank you Rhonda Hampton for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Age 15. My best friend led me through a prayer to ask Jesus to be my Savior at a Baptist church camp. At that time I repented of my sins. I have always loved the Lord. I don’t remember a time when I didn’t. When I was 16 I was baptized.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Bellevue Community Church
Music Worship and kids music worship teams

Bible Study Fellowship
Song leader for children and adult women

Madison Church of Christ- funeral singer and special programs vocalist

Present- Lifehouse praise team

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Marrying a gifted musician

Watching Christian TV
Jewish culture and prophecy shows

Singing for a living

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Persecuted slightly in 1994
Helped me get into studying the Word even more

Being around young people as they have changed over the years. I don’t care to be around them. I’m trying. I enjoy chatting with young people who are dedicated Christians.

Teaching music at a public school. Only lasted 4 months in 2001. The kids were angry and racist. I am white and taught at a predominantly black school. At times I feared for my life. There were a few good things that came about from that experience.
