Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I have been blessed with a Father and Mother that were faithful believers of Jesus Christ. Having grown up in a small neighborhood Methodist Church, I was taught by believers and was blessed to be part of Young Life and commited all my soul to Jesus Christ at a spring break ski trip in Co. and have been ever greatful for those crazy leaders, Craig and Eli who touched so many lives in believing in our Lord and Savior.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Founding member of Hope Church, Deacon and Elder and chairman of our building committee, Scrubs Ministry and Greeter since 1988.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Serving under an outstanding leadership at hope Church, attended a Christian based high school with a strong honor Code and being blessed by my loyal friends and mentors. Having my wife and I being blessed with 4 God loving children

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Having lossed both of my Parents in an auto accident in 2007, becoming totally broke and lossed all except my wife and 4 blessed children 2009.

Having 6 back surgeries and being blessed to continue as a husband, father and provider for my family.
