This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
You shall know the truth and the truth that you know shall make you free. I sense the weighted responsibility to know the truth and to empower people with that truth. I believe that God blessed me with the gift of evangelism to be a blessing to others.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am others-oriented at my core. I care about people. I love forging grace connections and relationships. I am a graced to lead and a forward thinker. I view discipleship as the missing component of Christian living. It requires intentionality on a level that is challenging to keep up with, but I believe God called me to lead in the area of discipleship.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My relationship with God, how He speaks to me. The revelation that He gives me. The fact that I am analytical in my approach and a critical thinker at my core. I’m unique, creative, energetic and critical in my approach towards teaching which I believe can lead to a greater impact.
[H]eart
1. Spending time with family
2. Learning new things
3. Teaching God’s word
I love to work with young and middle-aged adults the most. All stages of life are critical , however I view the Young Adults demographic as one of the most impressionable stages of life. The Middle Age demographic though not as impressionable, they haven’t mastered rigidity just yet which is a good thing.
Lack of discipleship. The church has to be in the business of making disciples. This takes resources like time, energy and intentionality which are the priciest resources ever. I want to be a part of the process that closes that deficit.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
