S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Rilie Johnson for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I grew up in a home where starting before I was born I would go out on the streets of San Fran and stand alongside my family as we share the gospel. Before I can remember I have been going on the streets or in the grocery stores sharing God’s word. It is all I have ever known.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My mom and my brother are my two biggest role models in my life, they are both teachers/pastors. I have based my foundation of communicating with people as a combination of both of them. They converse in a way where they are teaching and I believe I have picked up on it.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In full honesty, I have no idea.
[H]eart
1. Sing
2. Talk to others about Jesus and all He has done and their thoughts.
3. Be in the presence of my family.
I love to work with others my age or older… mostly 18 and up. I love to work with people who want to be there and have a good work ethic.
The thing that concerns me the most are the people that are working at the church for their own well being and not for the glory of God.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I was born and raised in a Christian household with both of my parents pursuing their calling as pastors. My dad left the family that caused a little bit of a change in the course but in never fazed God. As I grew up in this rough season all I knew is that the only thing that could get me through it was Jesus as an example set by my mom and older brother, so I asked Him into my heart. We have been walking together in life ever since.

My two brothers who play the role of my best friends/partners in life.
My ma helping me become a Proverbs 31 kinda gal.
Coming to Southwest and meeting a whole bunch of great people.

Being a girl who is taller and heavier than a girl my age should be.
Being looked down on because I am a Christian (also a plus though).
