S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Justine C for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I can easily talk about the grace of GOD to others; but really ever get them to trust and believe HIM.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I sometimes encourage non-believers to give HIM a chance; but then I focus on why it is they don’t want to. And they end up never trusting HIM.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I gave to a homeless man happily joyful finally getting the opportunity to do something for someone else for once and then I got in trouble for it

1. I love going to church and praising HIS name with my friends
2. I love learning about GOD’S word with my church family because I understand it a way better than I would have on my own.
3. And I love the thinking about falling in love with one of HIS children I always wonder what it felt like. To have HIS love and excercise it on me.🙄
I love working around my age group with my best friends all while taking care of kids and helping them to know their Heavenly Father as much as I can.
I can’t stomach the fact that my church care more about other things like money than their own youth kids and people.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
