I find it easy to tell faith stories and the reason for the hope that I have, but I often miss encouraging the listener toward his/ her next step.

This is one of my love languages so I find it easy to encourage others and do it often. God shows me ways to encourage others by texting, writing notes/cards, doing something special for them to show them they are loved.

Its ‘core’ to me to do the admin job at TMH. Funnily though, I have struggled this past year with feeling like many of my day to day responsibilities are obligations and the Lord showed me that they are privileges instead. So I wonder if I really enjoy ‘serving’ if it makes me feel frustrated or used sometimes.

2. My heart is to see believers grow in their experiences with the living Jesus, and receive ever increasing knowledge of His incredible grace for us, and who experience Him for themselves. Yes! That excites me!
3. A concern of mine is believers who are not walking in freedom. They believe, but are still bogged down by the enemy’s lies! That makes me mad.

[E]xperience

Grew up in a Christian home as a ‘Sunday Christian.’ Spent much of my adult life like that until 4 years ago when I met the living Jesus. Since then I’ve been growing in His grace and love. My desire for intimacy with Him is increasing as well. He keeps gently moving me along in His love and lessons. I find I’m often overwhelmed by His love and kindness.
