God has demonstrated His faithfulness to our family as we reached out and gave sacrificially, as well as when we gave up our lives to enter into ministry. He has supplied way more than we could ever truly need.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God has shown me great mercy in protecting me from my own actions when I was young and foolish. It is His great mercy that I try to extend to others who are not on the right path.

God granted me encouragement early on in ministry, and it was a tremendous help – especially at this time when there are few encouragers around me. I see the need in others for encouragement, and I give as much as I can and as much as they will accept.

[E]xperience

I was raised in church and was baptized as a young child, but I do not remember ever being discipled or mentored. I left the church around the age of 11, and did not return until I found myself pregnant with my first child.
It was during a spontaneous revival at the church where we took our family, that I realized that I had not had a truly personal life changing experience with Jesus. I had trusted in Him, but not given my life to Him. At that time, I gave him my whole heart, my life, and the lives of the children He had given me. My husband surrendered that day to ministry. Our world turned upside down and we went from a purely secular way of living and thinking, to a Biblical way of thinking and living. We began to tithe and give generously, and then we gave up our material possessions and surrendered to ministry.
