#1 Gift, Administration (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe being able to manage and improve systems within the church is vital and I love auditing a system and giving direction on how to make it better. I am not good at what people would generally call an “administrator” the day to day work of spreadsheets etc. For instance – Rachel DM is an incredible Team administrator – tracking, data, notes, detail work. I am less that and more a systems wide thinker.

#2 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel super called to this. I think Jesus gave me this ability to keep pharisees in check. lol – I’ve taught before and teaching makes my heart race. In a good way.

#3 Gift, Evangelism (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was taught early on my story is not my own. I love sharing it. I’ve gotten to lead sooo many people to Jesus.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up on a farm in central Kentucky and ended up years later living in Mexico City as an adult entertainer addicted to alcohol and cocaine. Walking around with an empty heart and trying everything I knew to fill it. I finally moved home and walked through the doors of a little church in Lexington Ky. 6 months later after asking tons of questions I finally understood grace and forgiveness. That Jesus wanted my heart in exchange for His, that like in Rev. 3:20 I could open up the door of my heart to Jesus and He would come in. That day – my friend led me in a prayer to accept Jesus. In that moment peace flooded my heart in a way I had never experienced. I was never again alone. T
