Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in a Christian family, attended a Christian College, realized as an adult that I was programmed, not personally committed.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Burket UMC, Burket, Indiana- Youth leader, Sunday School teacher. Ad Council, Pastor Parish member (various over approximately 10 years+)

Walnut Creek UMC, Warsaw, Indiana- adult Sunday School teacher, Youth leader, Ad Council. (Varied over 10+ years)

Faith UMC, Kearney, Nebraska- praise band participant, Ad Council, Pastor Parish committee and Chairman, Trustee. Led worship 1-2 times per year.
(Varied over 14+ years)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Dale Carnegie program, as a class member, and also as a graduate assistant.

Bud Lantz telling me he was retiring and recommending me to replace him as GM of the company when I was 36 years old.

Taking the risk of resigning from a great job over disagreement with the CEO, and finding the right fit with a new company.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being in a job where I became miserable, but willing do accept it rather than taking a risk to find something that might be better, took three years to finally take action.

Watching my Mother deteriorate with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s

Negative relationship with siblings.
