#1 Gift, Evangelism (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Honestly I am a bit surprised I scored so high in Evangelism. I am not sure. I know I do speak about God alot, does that make me an evangelist? I feel I may have the gift of evangelism because I DO have the DESIRE to always want to talk about Christ (maybe need help in actioning it) and my dream is to help others see the light and for God to use me as a vessel in doing so. I want to be able to relate to non believers without conforming to the worldly doings but for them to see having Jesus in your heart is the sweetest and best thing you can have. Its not crippling, its really more freeing!

#2 Gift, Giving (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I have the gift of giving because I am a sensitive and loving person. I love to help my friends or associates. I have the desire to spend on friends, only the lack of money affects the desire lol. I also love to make people smile and share joy which may contribute to this giving attribute

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I have this gift because I like to encourage my friends and motivate them if they are low. I always want God’s spirit to guide me when I do. I sometimes encourage strangers, similar to an act of kindness. Besides everyone needs a reminder to not give up. I do.

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to pray and talk to God daily. It brings joy in my life. Its like brushing my teeth and its a necessity in my routine. I currently enjoy connecting with individuals who share the same views with me and have the same eagerness and goals to get closer to God

2. I love to make people smile and laugh. That brings fulfillment in my life. I rather to make a positive impact than a negative one in people’s life.

3. I love to listen to music and going to the beach or being surrounded by God’s work (nature) really brings joy and completeness in my life. Very therapeutic.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with young professionals. between the ages of 23 to 35 I guess.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I am not entirely sure of the ministries that the Church has. I am relatively new to TLC. But talking about God’s goodness and his love and his presence with mutual friends excites me and hearing him through others, also does (like perfect timing). I’m not sure if this is applicable but I yearn to hear God’s voice spoken to me loud and clear.

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Firstly, I got baptised on Oct 10, 2020. Yaay me. Thank the Lord! Brief Testimony-: I was never raised in Church however my household was a God fearing household (which only consisted of my loving mom and I). My love for the Lord started in home (seeing God’s goodness and mercy in my mom’s life) and school via devotions (Praise and worship played a significant role) and it grew more in High School. I was always open about God but I believe the lack of guidance/leadership delayed my decision to fully commit. I also thought I had to perfect my ways before I could commit to the Lord. I always knew I would be a Christian but the question was when. I used to say every year would be the year I would get baptised but it never happened. Fast forward to last year, it was a very rough year and I realised that another year was coming to an end and I really had no excuse to get baptised. I also felt like I neeeeeded to hear God’s voice (felt dark at some points). The conviction came out of nowhere and within a couple days I got baptised. Praise be to God!

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I think I served as a child once at a Saxthorpe Methodist Church.

I would love to serve.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Wow, I honestly cant think of some experiences like that, however. Attending St. Andrew High School for girls has contributed to who I am today.

Completing my Actuarial Science degree is one positive experience that has made an impact in my life and my health/fitness (working out daily) is a positive experience that impacts me

Last but not least, my super, beautiful, amazing mom and the love she gave me and how she raised me has made a HUGE impact on who I am today

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The biggest and most negative Experience that has significantly helped and is still shaping me is the death of my mother. I lost my mom in the middle of my tertiary studies and its been the roughest and most heartbreaking experience I have and sometimes still endure. She was my best friend, my ride or die.
