Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in church, baptized at 9. I struggled as a teenager and at 16 I was diagnosed with Lupus. I was very angry with God but at that point I had a really encounter with him and gave my life fully to Jesus. My healthy was a journey but He gave me the strength to graduate High School, go to college, and life an illness free life. He truly did a miracle in my life and healed me. From the age of 17 on, I gave my life to Jesus.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Guest Services (5- 6 years) – Journey of Faith – Manhattan Beach

Preschool Director (2 years) – Journey of Faith – Manhattan Beach

Wedding Coordinator – 2 years – Journey of Faith – Manhattan Beach
Administrative Assistant – 3 years – Arbor Road Church – Long Beach, Parkcrest Christian Church – Long Beach

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being Director of Operations and overseeing about 11 staff members.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Leave a church staff three times (my husband).

Trying to assist with change at a church I was working at and not being able to be of influence.

Working for a Lead Pastor that had lost his calling and drive.
