Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I’ve always been a Christian, but accepting Jesus as My Lord and Savior was at 26 y/o while in the Army in Germany. Witnessing how fellow church members glowed in the presence of the Lord, I wanted to glow like that and be a part of what the Lord had to offer me.

1) Watching my mother, as a single parent, worked hard, but who suffered gracefully. This endeared me to not to give up, regardless the consequences.

2) Being abused as a child growing up. My heart goes out to children and young people who are abused.

3) The many naysayers, negative people: even family members who doubt…I have overcome. I feel that I am still overcoming because the fighting is in the struggle.
