[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Giving

2. Helping to care for others who need nursing type services or assistance with daily activities.

3. Teaching and explaining who God is and revealing hidden or misunderstood truths.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

All ages anyone who wants to learn. Otherwise elderly for nursing care.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Sometimes I see and know things that even the minister misunderstands and its hard not to correct him but feel a heavy heart that i dont know how to approach without fear of disrespecting him and share what i know. Bothers me when people are mislead and blind to what should be obvious but often isnt to many many individuals. Strongly motivated by the desire to reveal things others interpret wrongly or help them ponder things from different perspectives by educating them with scriptures and explaining what they mean.

Being able to relate to others and never seeing them as worse or better than me and seeing them as a seprete from their sins. That I can be compassionate for others who have hurt me and realize that their own struggles and pain are worse than their offense towards me, and try and help them see their true identity in Christ and what their acual worth is according to the scriptures and back it up from personal testimonies and lessons learned through trials I have faced.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

As far back as I recall since I was very young I talked to Jesus, even never going to church or recalling being taught about Jesus I just seemed to know him. I have always talked to him, and hungered to know him and the bible and its truth along with honest actual definitions to words used as they were meant at that time and in that language and culture. Always having a strong desire to dig deep beyond what religions believe or follow and decern scripture through the holy spirit recieving revelations. Questioning all ive been told and demanding proof of what I am being told by biblical teachers who maybe mislead to ensure I am not, without relenting on my views and inputs derived from my studies unless they can proove otherwise biblically that I am wrong and theyre correct. I see things differently that churches have twisted or manipulated to fit their congregation and feel comfortable staying lukewarm. I have a difficult time not calling them out assertively or staying calm when someone speaks lies and misleads others. I have no problem having a debate and presenting what i know and asking them to explain not only their finding that drew their conclusion and teachings, but to prove mine that contradicts theirs to be wrong after i have layed it out for them. For example: You say this…but when i read that along with this, your conclusion doesnt coinside because I also read this and this which with your answer would make no sense because one contridicts the other if ya consider this scripture with it. Please explain how that works…..it cant, and this is why!!! Unfortunetly people who have degrees dont appreciate it when i reveal things that they cant answer or explain, and all I recieve is negitive energy instead of thankfulness. Sadly elders often have such a sense of being that is all knowing or above others who have no degree. Which if they truly believed God gives everyone gifts according to his pleasures and we are all created to serve a purpose then perhaps they should consider that even they can be taught by others who have no higher schooling or degree like theirs, therefore acknowledging God is the teacher of all teachers. Dont frown at me because I understood something ya’ll didnt just because to society im nobody and you are. A lot of foolish pride in people who have been appointed places of authority or leadership in churches. Easily offended if approached by someone and they express that they feel the leader was mislead and misunderstood their readings. While the other party feels the need to explain why they feel theyre inaccurate, they become very defensive and start to exclude that person in the church because they cause conflict by speaking truths that cause others to question things or because of anger due to embarrassment. Which is opposite of scripture that says to listen carefully to all instrustion given and do not be mislead. Listen and search for truth if one rebukes you, so that you may not stumble or be mislead. Someone whos heart truly lives for God and has a paasion to lead others should welcome correction not attack the messanger and be prideful. They should always be open to the idea that God picks and choses who he reveals what to, and just because you see yourself as being more educated doesnt mean that God hasnt revealed truths to them as well. He doesnt need permission to chose what he reveals or who he reveals it to. Vain to think your degree from man is above Gods holy spirit who teaches all who ask and seek. None of the disiples were college professors, nor prophets either. They were all taught and lead by the holy spirit and Jesus christ. Its hard for them to stay humble and not exalt themselves above others as if their title
or profession in life sets apart and entitles only them to recieve wisdom and understanding of that kind. That others without their degree are not as vaulable or capable of dercerning scripture than they are.
