S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Sherwin Yules for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. [H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. To have a personal relationship with God to an extraordinary level. Where I feel his heartbeat and know his desire way too personally. To break my heart for what breaks his heart and to rejoice in matters he rejoices. I want to be so close to him that I will commune with him in the deepest way.

2. Have a great family that is close to each other in the family and governed by love for eachother. That the way we live, Honor and treat eachother will be a source of extreme joy to God and a great example to those who get to see us.

3. I want a ministry that is extraordinary. Though my importance is to minister to great numbers in the millions, I love to focus on what God wants me to do. I love to be led by the Holy Spirit in every way and in every little step.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

From teenagers to senior citizens.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I’m deeply concerned about scholarly researches that are going out of control to the level that many answers that lead to confusion and totally unnecessary are being given much importance.
I am worried about how these few scholars who do this, go to Church and teach them and confuse the people.
I’m concerned about how believers are slowly drifting away to too much of entertainment than to walk closer with God.
I am concerned about every tiny illegal thing which Christians take for granted and ignore sometimes.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
