[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Loving and helping my grandkids

2. Even though I can’t carry a tune I love to sing gospel songs it touches my heart and makes what’s wrong feel uplifted.

3. Creating something for others

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Babies to teens I feel like holding a baby they can feel my Love they don’t criticize my singing. I love to paint, color with young children cause I don’t get onto them for being messy and just watching them be themselves and creating something with their own minds and hands. Teens because of my past I hope I can touch someone and turn them around from feeling lost unwanted or suicidal or drugs or teen pregnancy.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Being judgmental about other religions or being to pushy to help. I feel when I was lost and looking wandering from church to church that some didn’t give me the time to learn on my own. While others didn’t make me feel comfortable enough to be there and some didn’t preach about god but mostly about tithing or worldly happenings but was there to learn about God. In Sunday school was more talk among each other about what they were doing during the week while others on phones maybe 5 min’s on going over studied. Discouraging. But now I’ve learned a little more mostly if I want to understand gods word I need to pray before I read for god to give me the understanding of his word and how he wants me to believe. I’ve been saved and baptized but don’t want to be made to feel I’m still not worthy because I’m not in the right church.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was brought up in a middle class abusive home, my parents divorced at my age of 11. Then abuse all my life. But my dad was the abuser but always made us go to church my mom secluded herself from me. No motherly attention. But I would always ask God for help I even ask Santa and the Easter bunny to take me away. My grandmama after I could drive ask me to take her to church. I’ve been letting God carry me my whole life because when he sets me down I fall he picks me back up.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

God never failed me

God continues to bless me in my darkest times

Being shown kindness from strangers instead of family

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Abuse

Heartache from bad relationships

Thinking my ex good be a better parent than me because I felt unworthy as a mother because I couldn’t be their for my children on my own. Working 3 jobs living in an abusive situation made me feel my kids would be better off only to realize they weren’t and spent 6 years fighting for them only to late to help them. That’s why no matter what I have to suffer for my grandkids I’ll always be there for them even if I let them down I hope they know I tried.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. To have enough land to build a lace for the abused children, homeless, and elders who’s family has abandon them and all the unwanted and abused Anaximander to show them no matter what cards were dealt we can all overcome.

4. Just to be loved and live in peace and be happy and read Gods word daily without burdens and worriesto create

5. Just to know I made God Happy and he was pleased with me
