Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I didn’t have much experience in church growing up so after graduating school and making some poor choices, I decided I needed to change my life. I asked God for his forgiveness and guidance as I turned my life over to him. I joined a local Baptist Church, was baptized, and began my walk with Jesus.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I moved my letter of membership to First Christian Church in Greenville Tn. in 1990. I was a member of the choir and served in women’s ministry.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Getting married and having children

Living in a foreign country (Mexico) where I learned about other cultures and language. It also taught me never to take anything for granted again!!

Moving to Murrells Inlet and finding FBCMI and a wonderful minister like Chris. What a positive impact both have had on Sam and my life!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being poor at one time early in our marriage and then having God so richly bless us to then be able to help others.

Watching both our children deal with addiction.

Sam’s death, and how it showed me how strong I could be in the midst of having a broken heart. Now I can witness to others going through the same experience.
