Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in a Christian home with parents who were born again and Spirit-filled when I was 5. They, and later, great youth leaders discipled me in my faith. I attended a great Christian university and continued to develop my personal walk with God. I love the Word and love being with the Lord every day.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Oral Roberts University as dorm wing Social Chairman and Resident Advisor. 4 years total.

Way of the Cross/Lord Church, Blaine MN. Various service areas such as food shelf, flower gardens, etc. Mainly in the worship/music area: 35 years!

Okontoe Fellowship, Grand Marais MN. Various graphic design projects. Have been on their Board of Directors for 2 years. Involved for 30 years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Having adults in my life who’ve taken an interest in me and encouraged me to keep growing and using my talents and skills.

My college career at ORU, giving me an excellent education in music, and helping me grow as a leader and start getting out of my introverted shell!

Marrying my husband and learning to be a godly wife. Raising and homeschooling our 3 children.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Anytime I had to be in front of others under a high-pressure situation (like piano recitals, reciting things by memory)

Personal conflict with others I’m close to.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Develop a successful business working with awesome clients in the outdoor industry.

4. Help others—especially teens and moms with young children—discover and develop gifts, talents, skills, passions for career, for supplementing income, etc.

5. Continue to be part of our active worship ministry, and continue to mentor other musicians in both music and their walk with God and others.
