#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Encouraging others.

2. Spending time with my husband.

3. Writing and creating.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with my husband most. Where age is preferred, I really do not have a preference. However, I like to work with people who are team-driven, organized, teachable, who are fun to be around, who are creative, are go-getters, who are precise, etc.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Leading young women, being able to help plan contribute ideas, and plan events excite me the most.

Lack of relationship and thorough ongoing discipleship concerns me the most in church ministries.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

My testimony isn’t brief in any way. However, I completely surrendered my life to Jesus at the age of 15, after my pastors sat me down and explained what Jesus actually did on the cross for me and how deep His love is.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Youth Ministry; Leader/Pastor; 10 Years:

Calvary Christian Center, Ormond Beach/Palm Coast/ New Symrna, FL (7 years)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Intentional discipleship as a youth.

Being filled with and baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Meeting and marrying my husband.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Parents divorced three times (remarried twice) from the ages of 10-17.

Struggled with deep depression and anxiety (anxiety attacks and panic attacks) from the ages of 20-25.

Not graduating college on time. It has taken me 9 years instead of 4; in direct relationship to my struggle with depression and anxiety and loss of identity and confusion concerning purpose, etc.
