S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Susan Connelly-Wright for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was so lost, and becuase of Jesus i have been brought from a life of sin into becoming a daughter of God a new creation, and so desperately want others to experience that.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I would not be the woman I am today without those who loved me when I could not yet love myself. An encouraging word or exhortation can be the pivoting moment for a person. Our words hold so much power.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was a meth addict who abandoned my children. I have been in deep sin, committed many crimes the list is endless. You would never know it to meet me now, that is because of the power of God’s mercy. When I am working with anyone who is still lost in sin or struggling in any way, but by the grace of God, there go I.

1. I started a ministry – The Other Side ministry. Since I got sober 4.5 years ago, I started taking a church service into the drug rehab that I got sober at. For the last 4 years, i have been able to preach the gospel, lead many to Christ, and share my faith with people who are just getting sober.
2. I love more than anything to share my testimony. I speak at recovery meetings all of the time. It’s when I feel most in my purpose – talking about what God has done in my life.
3. . I love spending time with my son and husband – I almost lost my son because of my addiction. He is 16 and I just love him so much. My husband, a true gift from God, we have been married for 2 and half years.
I love to work with broken adults the most. Addicts, prostitutes, the homeless, the prisoner or anyone lost in sin and seperated from the Lord.
Outreach ministries. I want to go out and witness to unbelievers. I want to support those who go around the world doing missionary work. I one day want to go to Africa as a missionary.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I had 3 children by the time i was 18, lived on my own since I was 16. Did not grow up with God in our house. Was invited to a play, answered the altar call, Jesus kept his promise and did enter my heart when I asked him – i fell in love. After a few years of growing in my Christian walk, I did walk away and got very lost – but he left the 99 and came and got me, just like he promised. I will spend my life helping him go and gather any more lost sheep that wandered away.
Liberty Tabernacle Akron Ohio. Served in the choir. (2000) served in outreach.
helped start a meeting called Breakthrough for addicts.
Christ the King Family Worship Center – Weirton WV. -assistant to the Pastors helped with outreach, day to day operations of the church. was a small church
The other Side Ministry – I started taking the church into rehabs that can not leave to go to church. Want to teach them how to live on the other side of addiction as well as to plan for the other side of life, to help people focus on eternal things.
Getting sober. In the last 4 and half years, my life has been rebuilt starting with just the clothes on my back. I still am in awe of who and where my life is today.
The people who have lived out a great example of what it means to follow Christ. I have had such great examples in my life that have lived out in front of me what a christian family looks like. I am forever greatful.
Getting my GED and going to college and getting my associate’s in criminal justice. . It has helped open significant doors for me. I am back in school now to finish my bachelor’s degree.
I was raised by a mother with mental illness and addiction. A father that was abusive to my mother. Our child hood was very hard. That gives me great compassion for others who come from a broken home or are currently in one.
I fell in to hard addiction. I became homeless. I did not start using hard drugs until i was 30 years old. I hurt everyone that matters to me. I have a criminal record. I missed out on the most important years in my daughters lives especially.
Losing my son to DCS becuase of my addiction. To have full custody back and watch God wash away all the pain that was cuased during those years is beyond miraculous.
