Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a Christian at the age of seven years old. At around eleven I felt that I was making more personal choices to follow and love Jesus. At that age, I made decisions such as what Music I would listen to and how I would dress myself. It wasn’t always easy though, I struggled with self esteem issues. Middle school and high school were a bit difficult for me. Due to my self esteem issues I felt like I had no voice. I began to have troubling thoughts and started to isolate myself. I also tried to be a perfectionist which would lead me to having mental breakdowns when things didn’t go perfect. I began having a lot of anxiety and even felt depressed. Through prayer and His words I began to believe the truths of God and desired His love. He has made me understand more of His love and that He is completely in control. It’s not always easy but God has made everything worth it.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

ICM Supremo Llamamiento in San Bernardino,Ca. I have been involved in the kids ministry since I was seven years old. I have been involved in the food ministry for about seven/eight years old. I have been on the worship team for about six/seven years. For eight months I have also been helping edit the videos uploaded to my church’s youtube channel. I have also been involved in any community events at my church, such as toy distributions or giving out hot meals.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Living in my community has made me who I am today and has made me want to help in any way I can.

My family life has also made me who I am today.

One specific retreat when I was eleven changed me and challenged me to follow Jesus even more and led me to a life where I actively sought to follow Him.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My struggles with self esteem in middle school.

My struggle to be a perfectionist in high school.

My experience with anxiety and depression.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Devote more time to playing my piano and practicing with my voice. I would want to write songs that worship God.

4. Have a career that pleases God and where I could help people in need.

5. Speak to people about Jesus, even people I don’t know. (That my anxiety of speaking would not hold me up).
