S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Mary Beth Weber for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I regularly share spiritual truths with all those I encounter and friends and family typically seek my guidance when they are going through difficulties. I’ve been a Sunday school teacher for more than a decade and love teaching and learning from my students. I also am constantly sharing spiritual truths with those who are unbelievers. Many in my family “see” the other side so I have plenty of stories to share as an opening which leads to deeper conversations of God, why we are here and the afterlife. My favorite topics. Also, I started a spiritual book club with my cousins and sisters which has been expanding. One of our books was Imagine Heaven and i was pleased when Christian referred to it in one of his sermons. Catholics aren’t very open to those who can connect with the otherside. I’m very open and share regularly.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I regularly reach out to friends and family to encourage them through difficult times and through life in general. I have a son with learning differences and have been allowing God to work through me to encourage him as I further develop my fruits of the spirit especially in patience, love and understanding.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I give of myself in serving my friends and family; and I’m a partner to Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyers and St Peter’s Episcopal Church. I now donate to TLCC. I struggle with the 10% tithing but have been speaking to God for more revelation, guidance and trust in this area.
[H]eart
1. Spending time with my boys, husband, family and friends. Especially those who are feeling lonely or are going through a challenging time.
2. Reading books and
watching shows that are uplifting, spiritual, or
funny including such things as Iyanla fox my life, super soul Sunday, Joyce, Joel, LI Medium, Hollywood Medium, Big Bang Theory, young Sheldon, etc.
3. I love my job and what I’m trying to accomplish. I am working on creating transparency and accountability in market research to ensure valid and reliable findings. And I’m working on introducing corporate buyers to Lucy, an AI-powered knowledge management platform for finding precise answers and insights from enterprise-wide intelligence.
Age doesn’t matter. I enjoy working most with people who are open-minded, positive, God-confident and resourceful. And those who see the best in people and circumstances.
My heart aches for those who do not know love. Hurting people hurt people. When people really know how much they are loved and accepted, they make loving choices.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Eucharistic minister, St Michael’s Palisades Park NJ. 1986-1991(?)
Sunday school teacher, St Peter’s Episcopal church, 2007-present
Growing up in a faith-oriented family who have been open minded and willing to be led in our faith. We have a very close extended family and continue to seek God through various paths that we share with each other.
Taking leadership and personal development seminars at Landmark education; and then coaching and head coaching those seminars. Although not spiritual, they provided a spiritual awakening for me and new freedom to choose differently regarding my path for seeking God.
Trusting God throughout my life and noticing the many miracles along the way. Including my career path and struggles in having children. Especially, the last 18+ years in my career and dealing with challenging personalities.
Dealing with infertility
Dealing with a child with learning differences.
Staying with boss who had emotional issues because I felt strongly that I needed to stay there. It helped me grow tremendously from a spiritual perspective. In addition, dealing with losing my income and trusting God through that time period.
