This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Administration: I believe I have the gift of administration because I have always had a natural inclination towards organizing and managing tasks. I find joy in creating systems and structures that help streamline processes and ensure efficiency. Office supplies and organization excite me, and I am constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize the workflow. I have the ability to coordinate and delegate responsibilities effectively, and I thrive in environments that require attention to detail and a methodical approach. I understand the importance of maintaining order and clarity, which allows others to focus on their respective roles and responsibilities.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Evangelism: My passion for evangelism stems from my deep connection with young people. Having served on the Young Life staff for a decade, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring youth in their spiritual journeys. I feel called to walk alongside them, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of life. Additionally, I have a heart for the elderly and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I believe in fostering inclusive communities where everyone feels loved, accepted, and valued. Through my interactions with these individuals, I strive to share the message of hope and salvation, seeking to inspire and uplift them in their unique circumstances.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Giving: Giving is an integral part of my life, and I believe it is a spiritual gift I possess. Jason and I are committed to giving whenever we identify a need, and we faithfully tithe 10% of our income to the church. We firmly believe in the principle of sowing and reaping, understanding that we cannot out-give God. It brings us immense joy to see the impact of our generosity, both in the lives of individuals and in the broader community. We consider giving to be an act of worship and obedience, trusting that God will multiply our offerings and use them to bless others abundantly.

1. Firstly, I find immense joy in traveling and exploring new places and cultures. From mission trips to Brazil, Paraguay, Guatemala, and Peru, to family vacations in Europe, I have had the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and meet incredible people. The excitement of discovering new destinations and immersing myself in different environments brings me a sense of wonder and fulfillment.
2. Secondly, my volunteer work with Transitions Life Center (TLC) has been a significant source of joy in my life. TLC is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a safe and enriching community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every week, I volunteer alongside my partner Jackson, and we cherish the time spent interacting with and serving the TLC community. The smiles and gratitude we receive from the individuals we assist bring immeasurable fulfillment to our hearts.
3. Lastly, my work as a business coach, particularly with small business owners, brings me great joy and fulfillment. Through my business coaching services, I have the privilege of helping entrepreneurs build businesses that not only transform their lives but also have a positive impact on the world. Witnessing the growth and success of these individuals as they make a difference in their communities fills me with a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose. That is why I named my business “Build.Change.Impact,” as it reflects my passion for empowering others to create lasting change and make a meaningful impact in their spheres of influence.
I have a passion for working with various groups of people. Specifically, I enjoy working with youth (middle school), the elderly (hospital/nursing home), individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as small business owners.

I’m a business owner and Certified Business Made Simple Coach. My primary focus is working with small business owners and non-profits, assisting them in mastering their messaging by leveraging the power of the StoryBrand framework. Additionally, I help these individuals and organizations enhance their overall systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
In terms of my past job experience, I have had diverse roles and responsibilities in various organizations:
From 2012 to 2018, I was a business owner, having launched and operated Little Duckling Sale & Expo, which became Ocala’s Twice Yearly Kid’s Consignment Sale. In 2018, I made the decision to sell the business to a national franchise, marking a successful transition for the company.
Prior to my entrepreneurial venture, I served as the Administrative Manager of Young Life’s Southwind Camp from 2004 to 2014. In this role, I oversaw a team of 14 full-time camp staff members and managed a diverse group of 12 year-long interns and approximately 100 summer volunteers each month. My responsibilities included handling summer contracts, payments, and health forms for Young Life camps that took place during the summer season.
Before my tenure at Southwind Camp, I worked as an international project reviewer for Wycliffe Bible Translators from 2001 to 2004. Based at their headquarters in Orlando, Florida, I collaborated directly with missionaries in the field. My primary role involved conducting financial audits, communicating funding needs to donors, and leading donor trips to the field. This experience allowed me to engage with the practical aspects of supporting mission work and managing donor relations.
I have strong organizational abilities as well as experience in managing teams and volunteers. I’m also good at communicating and relationship-building with donors.
I’ve taught many however my most recent was about Legacy Building for Small Business Owners.
My most valuable personal asset is the ability to bring clarity out of chaos. When faced with overwhelming situations, I have a talent for breaking them down into manageable projects and tasks, creating a clear timeline for accomplishing them.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was raised in a privileged upbringing, growing up in Southern California with parents who held esteemed positions in their respective fields. Our family’s strong ties to the aviation industry allowed us to enjoy the luxuries of travel and leisure. However, amidst the worldly comforts, the spiritual aspect of life was largely absent as Sundays were reserved for family time and recreational activities.
It was during my high school years that my path took a significant turn. A history teacher of mine posted an announcement about a weekend camp organized by Young Life, and something compelled me to attend. At Young Life’s Woodleaf camp, I encountered the gospel for the first time, and it resonated deeply within me. That summer, I made the life-changing decision to accept Jesus Christ as my Savior. Subsequently, I that Fall I was baptized.
Eager to deepen my understanding of Christianity, I enrolled at Simpson University, a Christian college affiliated with the Christian Missionary Alliance. It was within the nurturing environment of the university that my faith flourished during the four transformative years of my undergraduate studies.
After completing my degree, I embraced a calling to full-time ministry, embarking on a journey that took me to organizations such as Wycliffe Bible Translators and Young Life. These experiences allowed me to serve God and engage with missions, both locally and internationally, as I shared the love and message of Christ with others.
My testimony is a testament to God’s grace and the transformative power of encountering His truth. Through the pivotal moments in my life, from that first encounter at Woodleaf camp to my years of spiritual growth in college and subsequent involvement in ministry, I have witnessed the profound impact of faith and how it has shaped my life’s trajectory. My journey continues, as I strive to live out my faith and impact others through my work and service.
