We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
One of our (my husband & I) greatest desires is to be financially able to give extravagantly.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have worked in leadership in church ministry and education. I’ve found I have strength in these areas and find the work satisfying.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to speak life into people, to encourage and build up. I enjoy taking what Jesus is showing me and using that to touch the hearts of others.
[H]eart
1. I love to lead a group of people, especially in ministry or working towards meeting a worthwhile goal.
2. I love being a parent and raising my children up to be who God designed them to be.
3. I love to organize things (projects, items, finances) and keep up with the daily task of making sure they stay organized.
When it comes to children, I prefer working with ages 2-8. With adults, I enjoy working with any age. I love the idea of working with all types of people, but probably find the most satisfaction with like-minded individuals who enjoy working hard and are task and detail-oriented.
I find joy in serving a “cause, ” being part of the solution to a problem much bigger than myself. For example, serving with Operation Christmas Child, helping at an event for those who are poverty stricken, or reaching out to a family that just went through a major crisis.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was saved when I was 8 years old. I was raised by Christian parents who always had me in church and were living out their faith at home. This greatly influenced my decision to follow Jesus.
Children’s Ministry Director for Nursery & Preschool
Cornerstone Church, Blue Springs, MO
3+ years
Preschool Teacher at a Christian preschool
First Baptist Church of Blue Springs MO
2 years (1 year as a teacher, 1 year as a substitute)
I have also been active in serving in church throughout my life since I was teenager. I’ve participated in multiple mission trips, vacation bible schools, and various outreach events.
The people who surrounded me during my growing up years (youth group leaders, Sunday school teachers, college Christian groups) had a huge impact on who I became as an adult.
Teaching in the inner city wasn’t necessarily a positive experience when it was happening, but I look back on it positively. Those years taught me more than any formal education ever could.
Meeting and marrying my husband and having children has changed me more than any other thing in my life. Being a wife and mother continually shapes, challenges, and grows me. I am a better and stronger person because of the people closest to me.
I went through a time of depression in college that has given me a tremendous amount of compassion for those who struggle with mental illness.
I didn’t meet my husband until I was almost 30, which taught me a lot about waiting for God’s timing and has given me compassion for the lonely.
Our church went through a split while we were involved in leadership which was extremely challenging, but taught us a tremendous amount about integrity, forgiveness, and unconditional love.
