This test is horrible- This is more corporate than a job interview for a fortune 500 company…I get the reason for it but really dislike the fact that you implemented it

This process is very disappointing. It is so impersonal. Really…. you read along with a projector… and I’m supposed to “fill in the blanks with whatever is shown on the screen.” I couldnt imagine a more bland uninspiring process if you begged me to think of one… And after coming to this church for 2-3 years Im surprised how awful this program has been… Dont get me wrong I want to join and serve but I couldn’t think of a more bland way to bring new members in than whats going on here…
