#1 Gift, Evangelism (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have never considered Evangelism one of my gifts, but I have prayed for years for God to help me develop a love for the lost and a deep desire for them to know Jesus as Savior.

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In my secular job, I am responsible for distributing financial assistance to families who need help paying tuition so I have become aware of many personal needs and difficult situations. This has helped me develop a compassionate and caring heart for those with whom I come in contact with – both in the church and in the larger community.

#3 Gift, Serving (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I thoroughly enjoy serving – both at church and in my job – so that those in leadership roles are free to lead and not weighed down with organizational or administrative tasks that I enjoy and do very well.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to worship both privately and corporately.

2. I love relaxing and spending time with my family.

3. I love learning / discovering spiritual truths and sharing those discoveries with others.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I enjoy working with teens, but probably more so with adults – often those who are struggling with emotional issues or difficult life circumstances.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I have a passion for prayer and am concerned that many Christians do not fully understand how to pray God’s heart for Kingdom growth, but pray primarily “fix-it” prayers for personal concerns.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in the church and baptized as a young teen because I understood that I was a sinner and needed forgiveness. I did not understand the concept of grace until college. When I realized that is was Jesus’s sacrifice on the cross that freed my from sin and I joyfully chose to be re-baptized out of gratitude and a sincere desire to give my life to Him.
