S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Lynnette Mima for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

No one/nothing can shut me up about Jesus, that He is Lord and Savior, and I am never reserved about my faith.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am driven to learn as much and as best I can, not only for my own relationship with Christ, but also that others may discern false from true teaching.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
First, by pursuing Him and gaining a humble understanding of His Word, I am able to share that understanding with others. Along with that, He gives me words of wisdom for others; visions, dreams, also. These have come to pass.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
At 11 years old, after some brief classes, I learned that this man, Jesus, “could make me good.” Being the youngest in a divorced family, dad was not around. I was encouraged that my dad may want to spend time with me if Jesus made me good. Though I did not receive what I wanted (or needed) from my earthly father, I found the love, joy, peace and overwhelming goodness–and more–of our Heavenly Father is more than enough.
Shatter the Darkness ministries, SIIU Core Team I member and researcher. Akron, OH. 1999-2021.
APupStop.com is a site I started in 2018 to minister to dog owners/help them with training issues (etc) for free, while sharing God’s design in Creation.
1998-present. UnKPI.net is another site I started/manage that extends ministry work I have performed for decades. Primarily in the legal realm, dealing with family court and abuse issues.
I was blessed to meet, learn under and work in ministry with Pastor Russ Dizdar (now deceased), starting way back in 1998! The early team members were blessings as well.
There are not many “positive experiences” in my life, especially that I consider making a “big impact.” However, pursuing the Lord diligently through each taught me to take those lemons and make some really great lemonade 😉
The Lord delivered my kids and I, and healed us from an abusive marriage.
In 1997 my children were kidnapped by their “father”. Three weeks later, by God’s grace alone, I got them back. During that time and long after, the Lord gave me a “crash course” on the realities of spiritual warfare, in the midst of opening my eyes to the realities of child trafficking and ritual abuse.
Last Nov. (2024) my husband (not the father of my kids) was taken Home to be with our Lord.
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. Be that vessel through which God would raise the dead, heal the infirm….
4. Starting with the Dutch Shepherd I have, begin to rebuild this amazing breed by breeding for police pups. In that, have ministry that donates pups to PD and even Fire Departments.
5. Own the home I reside in and turn it into a suburban minifarm, with fruit and seed trees, as well as vegetable garden.
