Thank you Taji Duncombe for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love talking about Christ. He is included in most every conversation that I’m a part. It brings me joy to know what he has done for me and I want the world to know that what He done for me, He can and will do for them, if they only let Him.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I truly love to help people see the bright side of things. I want them to be able to reach their fullest potential and that can only be done when you believe that you possess the skills, passion, will to do so. Allowing someone to see the best in themselves helps to uplift and compel towards greatness.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God shows me a lot through His word, dreams, visions, and revelation that has come to pass.
[H]eart
1. I love to share the Gospel.
2. I love to encourage others, to love on them, and to give them hope.
3. I love to spend time in the presence of God, learning and receiving from Him.
I like to work with all types of people, it doesn’t matter what age or race. I just want to see people lifted up by the truth and presence of God. I have a heart and passion for all God’s creation.
I want to see God’s people walking in wholeness and in unity. We must come together as the one new man that He has created us to be, Jew and Gentile with Christ as the Head.

[A]bilities
Currently, I’m a licensed social worker that works with at risk youth and their families.
I have worked in publishing, been a teacher’s assistant, and been a college recruiter. I have also volunteered for several years at my church, serving with youth and their families in various ways.
God has gifted me with the ability to dance prophetically before Him. He has also given me the ability to see good in most everyone. I can empathize greatly with those in need, not just monetary, but brokenness, barren, lost, confused, prideful, etc.
My ability to relate to others.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I had lived a life of physical and verbal abuse. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I decided to test what I had heard about God and asked Him to come into my life, if He were real to save and change me. He showed up!!!!!

My family has always been close knit. Through it all we have loved and learned, never giving up on each other. It is from this experience that I have a desire to work with to reconcile and restore families.
My sixth grade teacher, Ms. Cimelli, was a great educator, encourager, and motivator. She is one of the reasons that I decided to work with youth.
My son was and remains a great motivating factor in my life.

5. I would open a Christian centered-home for at-risk youth.
