S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Tatiana Fox for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I think that I like when people understand the word of God because that is the only way they will be able to apply it to their everyday lives.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Effective ministry is necessary in order for the Word to go forth. It’s fine to have a vision, but their must be implementation for people’s lives to be changed. I also believe in excellence, not perfection.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have a heart for justice and truth.
[H]eart
1. Producing videos
2. Communicating through stories or well crafted text that makes people connect
3. My friends and family that do life together
I don’t really have a specific group of people that I feel lead to. But if I had to choose I would say young adults.
The thing that concerns me, is the fact that ministries see the business side of ministry as evil and “un-godly” because of this there are many ministries that don’t make it and it is the people they serve who suffer. I see too much mis-management in the church.
Marriage/family issues
Compulsive behavior

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
