S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Teresa for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I don’t entirely agree with the results.
Nevertheless, giving is one of the gifts God has given. I am grateful to Jesus Christ for my salvation, and I acknowledge the Holy Spirit’s Lordship over my life. I live a surrendered life and depend on God to guide every area of my life –
character, money management, time, relationships, goals, ministry, activities etc., must be determined by Him. Since God is sacrificial, as His daughter, I follow.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I should have landed up in hell, but Jesus stood between hell and me. Jesus gave me life when there was none. As such, my heart longs for others not to end up in hell but to have an authentic relationship with Him and live passionately for Christ, to be selfless in fulfilling God’s purpose.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’m not sure about this one. This gift may work best together with prophecy and teaching as a dominant gift.
I do not enjoy criticising people or tearing others down. I try to do to others what I would like done to me. Many people are already hurting inside. They need love, support and encouragement.
If God wishes to bring correction, He will provide the message. If God instructs me to deliver such mail, I check my heart with the Holy Spirit first so that the message will go forth with love in purity. However, messages which do not involve correction are easy to speak forth. I am learning, and the Holy Spirit is an excellent teacher.
[H]eart
1. I enjoy intimacy with Jesus. He likes my company too. We have intense discussions, laughter and tears. He is my life.
2. As I enjoy Jesus, I also enjoy bonding with some people. I’m not an extrovert, but I believe that healthy relationships are vital in God’s kingdom. Developing a healthy relationship is not an easy task. However, it is essential. It takes a lot of energy, time and vulnerability, plus trust.
3. I enjoy discovering Biblical truths, applying them to my life and then imparting them to others.
I don’t have a particular group.
My concern – we need to build healthy relationships amongst church folk and raise authentic Christians. Let’s get rid of superficiality and create an environment where people can be vulnerable but safe to express themselves without judgment or harsh criticism.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was suicidal, but Jesus stopped it. Jesus poured His love into my whole being that night! For the first time in my life, I felt loved; I discovered that I deserve to be loved and am worthy of being cared for. That happened 22 years ago. My love relationship with Jesus blossomed exponentially. I responded to God’s call to resign from secular work 19 years ago. Father God also directed me to give away all my assets – home, money, car and jewellery. His instruction to me was, “Talk to JESUS about all my needs and Trust Him to provide”. The Lord has been healing my past and training me to minister – inner healing, teaching the Word, leading the strays back to truth, delivering His messages to people, physical healing, etc.
I’m in Australia now because God asked me to come. He did not tell me beforehand that He planned to make me a Bible college student. I’ve completed the Masters in Ministry. I’m now waiting on Father God for the next step.
I was serving in the Light of Christ Church in Kuala Lumpur before coming to Perth. I declined the church’s offer to provide a small salary. I was in leadership and enjoyed mentoring some believers who had different maturity levels. We developed healthy relationships and enjoyed community living. The Holy Spirit also led me to reach out to unbelievers (foreign workers) and minister to other Christians who needed help.
After I resigned, the Holy Spirit instructed me to attend the School of Acts (Pastor Raymond Mooi). It was 6 months of challenges and fun. The Lord deepened my love and bond with Him there.
I canceled my wedding. But it’s the 2nd best decision made in my life! The Lord revealed that my ex-fiance could not accept my close relationship with Jesus. He is a PK, but he was a complacent Christian who liked this world’s glamour than Jesus. We were unequally yoked.
This might seem strange but having no savings and income liberated me. When I first obeyed the Holy Spirit to give away all my finances, I was petrified. However, it changed. All I had to do was yield and keep yielding my fears to Him, and the peace would take over. Not knowing when the money was going to come and whom God would use became an adventure. God is so trustworthy!
I was a rejected and abused child. I hated my childhood. But Jesus healed me progressively and restored the relationship between my parents and myself. The Lord can restore anything! Depending on the Holy Spirit is key. We’ve been working together to heal many wounded hearts and souls. But the Lord must lead the way for effective ministry.
I was a sickly child from birth until adulthood. The sicknesses were strange and persistent. The doctors could not understand, and I was sent for numerous tests. I lived on medication more than food. I could not eat lollies or take any cold liquids like other children. I often had high fevers until comatose. A cold drink could cause my body to react severely. Several times, the doctors had informed the family to expect death. I was a miserable child. Although my family were not Christians and consulted pagan gods, the Lord Jesus preserved my life and sent Christian relatives to my parents. Jesus healed me each time. But the sicknesses did not stop until Jesus healed me supernaturally when I obeyed Him to resign from secular work. Hallelujah!
The Holy Spirit revealed that my sicknesses were spiritually rooted – this explains why the doctors could not cure me. I feel for anyone who suffers from any long term sicknesses. The Lord taught me that only GOD knows the roots of every sickness. The Lord has worked with me to heal people of bizarre sicknesses.
I was sexually violated at 11 years old. My parents did not know about it. The 2 aunties who were looking after me worsened my trauma by behaving as if it never happened. They also did not utter a word to my parents or anyone about it. I was a little girl and did not know how to process the trauma and pain. As a result, my mind ‘locked away’ the incident as if it never happened.
At the School of Acts 20 years later, several ministers had said that I was raped/molested when I was little. I rejected their claims but sought Jesus for clarification. The Lord did not say anything. But I felt Father God’s love and compassion and that He would speak at the right time. The final stage of my healing from that traumatic incident was 4 years ago. GOD is restoring to me more than was destroyed!
The Lord has led me to minister effectively to girls and ladies who were sexually assaulted. Sexual violation – rape/molestation – is satanic. It drives the victim to suicide, to live a destructive lifestyle and imprisons the person in devastating ways. But there is no damage that Jesus cannot undo. Jesus is the Healer and Restorer!
