Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

brought up in the Lutheran Church and I had head knowledge but Jesus was not Lord of my life. I search for love and happiness in all the wrong places. In my mid-twenties I hit rock bottom and knew that if God didnt change me that I would continue in my lost state. I needed Him to change me and I begged Him for that. And He was Faithful to turn my heart that sought after the world, into a heart that sought after Him.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Woodstock First Baptist Church- Woodstock, GA-Minister of Missions assistant 2000-2002

International Mission Board- Central Asia- Church Planter, discipler, small group leader 2002-2016

Presbyterian Day school- Conroe, TX- using every opportunity to point kids to Jesus

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Tristar- temp & perm recruiter- organization skills, networking skills, interpersonal skills. strategies for relationships

WFBC- discipleship, how to develop ministry partnerships, strategies, short term international trips

IMB- cross cultural relationships, church planting, evangelism, and adoption of Noel

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Dad had an affair and left our family when I was 14yrs old.

I was in abusive relationship all through high school and college.

I was infertile and not able to have a child biologically.
