[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. singing. music effects my moods, if its sad im sad, if it upsetting, i am unnerved or angry, if its happy i am SO happy. music moves me and i love to sing. TOTALLY stage fright

2. be on an adventure. not leading it but joining one or helping with one

3. doing something about an issue, like human trafficking. i can’t do nothing, i cant shake the need to meet the need, it breaks my heart. but being the leader of the effort to meet the need scares me. id rather join the cause.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I (apparently, since I don’t remember clearly at the age) was a terror. My mom literally thought that I may have been possessed till one day, at the age of 3, she heard me praying outlaid in my room, asking Jesus to help me be a good girl. my mom swears I’ve been a saint since ( sure sure whatever). But I really have tried my best to be a good follower of Jesus, and more like Him for as long as I can remember. At 9, I decided to make Him “Lord of my life”. Praying about just about everything before acting (not always perfectly, but He has always been at the forefront of my decisions ever since)

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I begin short terms missions at age 14 with YWAM, starting with Kings Kids New England, to a short term missions trip to Lithuania, to staffing Kings Kids, and enrolling in a Discipleship Training School in YWAM Montana where we served in Malaysia for 3months. from 14-19 mostly performance and service teams

Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, creating human videos, Worship Team Member, and lastly Church Secretary at Heritage Christian Church (falmouth, ma), first under, my at the time Pastor, but now father-in-law, and then under Pastor Guy Miller till we moved to MO. served from the age of 16 to 23

Faith Assembly of God, Hyannis, MA
Billy ‘s helpmate in being property manager at the church. wether that meant cleaning or snow shoveling when his back was out.
Also, part of the worship team/ special music, nursery, and girls ministry

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Kids Camp at 9yrs old where I became clearly aware of my need to have an actually Relationship with Christ.

In 8th grade, my private Christian School teacher encouraged me to sing, and join YWAM. YWAM will always be a HUGE part of who I am…. the need to win souls, work together along side other Christians not matter their denomination, and just do where doing needs to be done. Missions will always be important to me.

My family (Billy, Lilly, Renee, and Liam), overall, gives me the “want” to continually become better – and man are they great at making my weaknesses show. Now I never have to wonder what I need to work on =) With the addition of each of them brought a different piece to my life that was missing

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I was sexually abused off and on for several years. The actual length of time is still a blur to me but mainly from the age of 12ish-15ish. I believe this is what gives me an unrelenting urgency to DO something to reach those who have experienced an even harsher degree of the harmful choices of others.

My husband failed to be faithful and has struggled off and on with an addiction to pornography as well as coming dangerously close to repeating his unfaithful behavior. Although his strides have been amazing and I am beyond proud, the wound and fear remains.

losing our home, vehicles, and friends during the 2008 crash. Watching our kids struggle with us, although their joy in the midst of the storm is something I will always carry with me.
