Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

left the church after high school because i was cynical and felt judged. Came back to church when my son was born. Miracle of life makes it very difficult to deny the existence of God or that He is directly involved in my life.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Chilliwack Baptist Church; volunteered in youth ministry and nursery, Chilliwack BC, 2000-2004

Trinity Baptist Church, volunteered in nursery, pre-school, grade school, youth from 2005-2010. Worked in children’s ministry as associate children’s pastor from 2010-2016. Kelowna, BC

Bridge Community of Faith, Kelowna, BC. Manager of a parachurch ministry called Thrive out of School Care and Pastor of Children, Families and Family Outreach. 2016-present

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

seeing God at work in my life in a big picture way

Hearing someone tell me what I used to be like and how I’ve changed

Having kids

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

people not being honest with me about performance issues because overall great but were other things they wouldn’t tell me

people not being honest with me about how I was behaving

Not being honest with myself about how I was really feeling, just pushing stuff down and creating blindspots that prevented me from seeing truth.
