#1 Gift, Evangelism (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was raised in the church. My great-grandfather was a pastor and my father is a pastor. By their example I’m not afraid to share Gods word. I know God wants me to, I’ve just been afraid to go to the next level.

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I know my father and some of the mistake ka he’s made in his life. I later watched my father become a deacon and then become a minister. I myself have struggled with depression. Yet, when you’ve fallen so far and you think there is no way out or you won’t find peace without death and Gods grace rescues you from your very own self destruction, there is no turning back. The song “Reach beyond the break and hold out”, says it all.

#3 Gift, Mercy Showing (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God’s mercy endure forever. Therefore, I strive to live as Jesus did here on earth. Showing mercy, lifting up, and living on everybody I come in contact with even if only for a moment. My name Tiffany, means “Image of God” and believe it is my duty as his child to let people see Him through me. So, I also give and support those in need with my possessions and money. To show them that God is love.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Sing and laugh

2. Go to my war room and talk to God

3. Spend quality time with my children and let them know how much I love them everyday. When they return that love I know I’m blessed.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love working with my Eden land babies. They are ages 3-6 and the most influential beings I e had the pleas of teaching God’s love to.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I love the idea for small groups, my concern for we single parents is child care. I’m excited about HD CARES, Virtue (which I’m no longer in because I moved), Praise and worship because I’ve been in the church choir, absolutely love praising God through song.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was sitting in church one Sunday and they asked if anyone wanted to give their life to God. The choir was singing and I felt submerged in God’s love for me as to open His arms to me and I literally opened my arms too and went to the alter and gave Him my life.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Victoria, TX, youth choir, young adult choir, 1984-1996

Genesis Missionary Baptist Church, Sacramento, CA, choir, 1996-1998

Higher Dimension Church, Houston, TX, choir, 2017

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Honorable discharge from the United States Navy to come home and be a mother to my children.

Moving to Houston four years ago and becoming a member of HigherD.

Growth in Christ. Learning who He really is daily and renewing of my mind body and spirit. Discovering the path He would have me travel.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Betrayed by family. Lack of faith in me. Abuse of my babies.

Mentally and verbally abused by ex-husband, as well as stalked. The number one reason I moved to Houston.

Not equally yoked with a man whom I thought was the love of my life and a God send. While two of my children were mentally unstable and threatening suicide due the abuse they endured. My kids are better now. God showed me a piece of what I could have, but has better for me so I’m waiting.
