My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I had a group of solid youth group leaders in high school who relentlessly pursued me, and as I saw the character of Christ in them through that, realized they were motivated and energized by something far deeper than adding numbers– something my inherent cynicism suspected.

Being an RA

Having close relationships with people who are gay– it changed my perception of the narratives coming from the church, and the way they come off to people who aren’t white middle class men, like myself
