1. My family- my husband son dog and cat are my whole immediate world.

2. The Lord – I spend a lot of my free time meditating on The Lord and what His plan is for us and the world.

3. Being outdoors- I really enjoy being out when the weather is nice. During this year where I have suffered great trials and anxiety it has helped to keep my mind off of negative things.
