Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I had a friend who was a few years older than me sold out for Christ. She never tried to force Christianity on me, instead she showed me the fruits of her spirit and help me realize that my flesh was my greatest enemy. That I had to transform my mind and heart concerning the things of God.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Leading a 14 year old boy to Christ. I ask him how he see his future and he said thug life. He would always wear a chain that had a bullet hanging from it. That chain was his pride and joy. I was doing traveling nursing and I would go see his grandmother. I made sure each time I would see him, I would drop a nugget to get him to think about and see his life in a different manner. On my last day in their home, God said this is the day. I did not say a word to him and he came and gave me that bullet off the chain with tears coming down his face. He said he wanted to know Christ for himself. I crossed path with him about 6 years ago and he graduated from college, married with a son and still living for Christ. From that day, I knew God could use me to reach the youth and he will be someone I will never forget. It was rewarding to see how God took him out of a broken situation and now he mentors trouble youths.

I almost died about 8 years ago from a infection in my foot. I was in the hospital for months. The doctors was no longer fighting to save my foot but my life because my blood stream was compromised. It was a up hill battle. I was confined to my room because of the threat of being contiguous. I had given up and one of the Elder from the church came to see me and she was not gown up or masked. I told her for her safety she need to protect herself and she said no, that we are covered under the blood of Jesus. She told me to get out my pity party and do spiritual warfare for my life. That very act of her showing her faith that nothing is to big for God United a fire under me and I have not look back.

Working with different families in nursing has been one of my greatest reward. I get to do the two most important thing to me everyday. I get to help people and bring a smile to their face and I operate in my gift of healing.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I had a teacher that I could not stand in the sixth grade,Mrs. Grady. It felt like she got up everyday to make my life miserable. No matter what I did or say, she had a negative comment. In my 11 year old mind, she was the devil walking the earth. She would constantly be hard on me. I was so happy to reach high school so I would not have to see her again. Well, our paths cross again when I was in church about to preach my trial sermon. I was so shock to see her. I apologize for my behavior and ask forgiveness. I truly terrorized the poor lady. I asked her why she was so hard on me. She stated, I did not understand the vision God had for me. She taught me to think outside the box and not be a follower. God put people in your path to help mold you without you even knowing. After our conversation, I understood. Mrs. Grady died two days after our encounter.

I feel becoming a teenage mother truly shaped my character. I was 17 when I found out I was pregnant with twins. I just started my senior year of high school. I had basketball scholarship from division 4 schools and in a twinkle of an eye, my whole world was turn upside down. My mom told me dropping out of school was not a option. I choose to not pursue my dreams of going away to college and having my WNBA dream come true. Instead, I went to school locally and earn a nursing degree. I learn major responsibility at a time when the world should have been my oyster. How many people have not 1 but two kids at their high school graduation. I was determined I was not going on public assistance. With the help of our families, we were able to pursue continuing education and get decent jobs. I think that’s why my passion for youth especially young teenage girls because I do not want them to follow my path. Being a young mother, it groomed me into being a responsible, determined, and loyal individual. It build my character on many different levels.

Those are the only two things that had a major impact on me negatively.
